Finance Officer (Graduate Level)

The Role 

Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking for a motivated Graduate Finance Officer to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a strong foundation in finance, accounting processes, and financial reporting within a dynamic, global-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily financial operations and data entry
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger updates
• Assist with month-end reporting and financial analysis
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support audit and compliance processes
• Provide general support to the Finance team as required

Skills and experience required:

• Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours (Ideally from 8 pm to 5.00 am FJT).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduate preferred)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a finance career
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• A proactive and adaptable team player
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability in delivering results.
