DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue, brand growth, and market expansion across the Likuri Group portfolio — including Likuri Island Resort Fiji, Robinson Crusoe Island Tours, Fishing Charters, Sailing Adventures, and Authentic Travel.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who knows how to drive occupancy, grow revenue, and build strong commercial partnerships in a fast-moving tourism environment.

You will lead sales, marketing, reservations, and digital channels while working closely with senior leadership to shape the future growth of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead overall sales, marketing, and revenue strategy across all business units
  • Drive occupancy, yield management, and distribution performance (including OTAs and direct channels.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with travel partners, agents, and industry stakeholders
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, brand storytelling, and online presence
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive growth through data-led decisions
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales, marketing, and reservations team
  • Represent the business at trade shows, events, and industry engagements
  • Monitor performance, report results, and deliver actionable commercial insights
  • Work closely with operations to develop new products, packages, and experiences

REQUIRMENTS

  • Hands-on commercial leader with strong experience in hospitality or tourism sales and marketing.
  • Understand how to balance strategy with execution and are confident in managing revenue      performance across multiple channels.
  • Proven experience in hotel/resort or tourism sales & marketing leadership
  • Strong understanding of OTAs, wholesale, direct booking channels, and revenue management
  • Ability to drive occupancy, yield, and overall revenue performance
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong commercial thinking and data-driven decision making
  • A proactive, accountable, and results-focused approach

ASSISTANT RESORT MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant Resort Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Resort Manager in all aspects of resort operations, guest services, staff management, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service, address concerns promptly, coordinate interdepartmentally for smooth guest experience.
  • Operations: Assist in day-to-day oversight of all operational activities, manage and communicate with department heads and teams, develop and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Staff Management: Support staff recruitment, training and development, foster a positive work environment, assist in evaluations and issue resolution.
  • Financial Management: Contribute to budget planning and monitoring, collaborate for accurate finance reporting.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance, conduct safety drills and maintain emergency protocols.
  • Events and Activities: Aid in planning and executing events, collaborate with activities team to enhance guest experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years working in resorts or hotels with minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be available to live on the island.
