Role Overview:

The Head Butler leads the butler team in delivering exceptional, to guests, ensuring the highest standards of luxury and hospitality are consistently achieved. This role oversees the daily operations of villa and suite service, coordinates guest requests, manages VIP experiences, and supports the resort in creating memorable stays that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring seamless check-in, stay, and departure experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences to deliver customized services such as private dining, excursions, and special celebrations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP and high-profile guests, always ensuring confidentiality and discretion.

Role Requirements:

• Diploma In Hospitality Management or related field preferred, with minimum 3 years’ experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory butler or guest relation role
• Prior experience in a luxury island resort, cruise ship, or 5-star hotel is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, wines, and luxury lifestyle services.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage.
