Location: Suva

KEY DUTIES:

  • Source and procure goods, materials and services in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Prepare and process purchase orders with accurate procurement records
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining adequate stock levels

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Procurement, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
  • Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
