Manager Nadi - Carpenters Finance

Carpenters Finance, a division of Carpenters Fiji Limited has an exciting opening for a dynamic and suitably experienced individual to join Carpenters Finance as Manager Nadi.

Your expertise in problem solving, analytical, and people skills will compliment your desire to achieve results. This is a senior position, reporting directly to the National Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the staffs and operations of the branches covered under the Region.
• To manage, control and achieve sales/collections objectives.
• To contribute towards strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement performance, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; identify trends; determine system improvements; forecast requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions and implement change. 
• Improve operational process, system data quality and tool adoption to enable and support pro-active decision making.
• Identify areas of improvement by uncovering operational root cause events, ensuring continuous improvement of operations and overall effectiveness.
• Ensure sound management and timely execution of all day to day operational and Administration management functions.
• Provide continuous feedback to the management on operational excellence and performance in comparison to other financing institutions.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification preferably in Management /Accounting
• At least 4 years of work experience in a similar role preferably in a financial institution and Consumer Financing.
• Strong people, team and relationship management skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal qualities, as well as advanced analytical, problem solving skills and credit documentation knowledge
• Strong understanding of financial services industry, products and services.
