Get Picked Up is a fast-growing, Australian-owned transport company providing reliable, pre-booked transport for NDIS participants, insurance clients, and corporate travel. We're expanding our Fiji team to support operations and ensure smooth service for both drivers and customers.

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team in Fiji.

The key focus of this role is customer service taking care of customers and drivers' enquiries, booking creation, amendments, cancellations and customer's complaints. An excellent customer service skill is required. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new drivers, ensuring all documentation and system requirements are completed accurately
  • Follow up with drivers to support onboarding and help meet recruitment targets
  • Handle booking requests
  • Resolve issues efficiently and provide excellent service to both drivers and customers
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and escalate concerns when needed

About You:

  • Proven experience in customer service, admin, or operations support
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confident, professional phone manner
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow up effectively
  • Goal-driven and able to work under pressure to meet targets
  • Experience using CRMs and Microsoft Office is a plus

What We Offer:

  • Pay: FJ$7.50/hour for 40 hours/week
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts (plus 1-hour unpaid lunch) between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 5 days/week (Monday–Sunday rotation)
  • Probation Period: First 3 months include performance monitoring (error rate, daily output, attendance) with daily feedback
  • Training: Full 2-week training provided by supervisors and team leaders
