Bula Customer Care is an outsourced call centre that deals with enquiries from the clients, customers and drivers of an Australian company Get Picked Up which operates a transport business.
We are looking to add a Driver onboarding specialist to our team.
The responsibilities include;
Calling potential drivers who wish to work on our platform to conduct interviews and follow up with driver compliance documents.
Handling email and phone enquiries regarding onboarding.
Handling email and phone enquiries from the drivers regarding their bookings, onboarding, questions, payments and complaints,
Following the procedures stated in the manuals, and
Communicating with other team members in regard to having a smooth operation.
