The position is responsible to the head of division/section through their immediate supervisors in providing administrative, accounting and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations of the respective unit/section.
1. Provide comprehensive general administrative and clerical support to the department.
2. Assist the line managers with provision of timely human resource, Finance and planning services to support Ministry operations.
3. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
4. Provide customer services, answer queries and assist in emerging problems our customers face in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Provide Secretariat services and organize and arrange all logistic arrangements for meetings and visits.
6. Prepare and submit relevant required reports to the relevant authorities.
