The purpose of the position is to organize, maintain, and secure the Department’s filing system to ensure efficient and accurate retrieval of files and correspondence.
The position will achieve its purpose through the following key duties:
1. To ensure that all inward and outward correspondences are properly recorded.
2. Ensure the maintenance of files, including subject and personal files.
3. To ensure the proper storage of records and the smooth flow of correspondence within the Department.
4. Ensure that Mail runs are carried out in the normal routine time.
