The incumbent will be responsible to the Head of Department through the Principal Administrative Officer to support programmes and provide administrative and logistical support to ensure the implementation of the core responsibilities of the National Women’s Machinery for coordination, advocacy and policy advice at the Head Quarters.

1. Coordinate and provide administrative and logistical support for national and divisional events, meetings, and outreach programmes to ensure smooth execution of all planned activities.
2. Assist in the administration of programs and processes and ensure proper coordination and documentation of departmental transport logistics in line with Ministry procedures.
3. Support the monitoring and tracking of Ministry assets at the Central division to ensure transparency and accountability.
4. Prepare and submit timely monthly absenteeism returns and weekly timesheet for Government Wage Earners under the direction of the Divisional Women Interest Officer, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
5. Actively contribute to the Ministry’s corporate responsibilities, including participation in training and adherence to public service policies and codes of conduct.
6. Prepare , Manage and actively update filing following the Ministry/Department standard filing system
7. Support inventory and stock control duties including stocktaking, supply distribution, and updating of inventory records for office equipment and materials.
8. Assist in procurement processes by preparing requisitions, obtaining quotations, and following up with suppliers and vendors in compliance with government procurement procedures
