Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required
Natadola Bay Golf Course is seeking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our Golf Housekeeping Team. With this role, you’ll make sure the public areas, including toilets and washrooms are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day at work, creating a haven for them to escape and relax in.

This course features 18 holes of tropical beauty with breathtaking views of the South Pacific Ocean and coral reefs. Your day to day
- Make sure the washrooms, toilets and public areas are always at its best.
- Assist guests if someone needs anything or directions for example
- Keep supervisor updated on cleaning progress and alert them to any repairs needed
- Be organized - keep on top of supplies and amenities and always try to minimize waste
- Reunite items with owners – and log any lost and found property
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service
- May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects
- Provides a cleaning service for public areas that meets the standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure working knowledge of all golf course public areas
- Ensure cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of special programs and events to recognize and respond to guests needs
- Maintain golf course/surrounding area information to be able to provide information to guests
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant is an advantage.
- Good understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Golf knowledge an advantage but not essential
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Look smart – wear your uniform with pride.
