Natadola Bay Golf Course is seeking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our Golf Housekeeping Team. With this role, you’ll make sure the public areas, including toilets and washrooms are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day at work, creating a haven for them to escape and relax in.

Your day to day

  • Make sure the washrooms, toilets and public areas are always at its best.
  • Assist guests if someone needs anything or directions for example 
  • Keep supervisor updated on cleaning progress and alert them to any repairs needed 
  • Be organized - keep on top of supplies and amenities and always try to minimize waste  
  • Reunite items with owners – and log any lost and found property
  • Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service 
  • May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects 
  • Provides a cleaning service for public areas that meets the standards for cleanliness and presentation. 
  • Ensure working knowledge of all golf course public areas
  • Ensure cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of special programs and events to recognize and respond to guests needs
  • Maintain golf course/surrounding area information to be able to provide information to guests
What we need from you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Golf knowledge an advantage but not essential
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Look smart – wear your uniform with pride.
