What role will you play as a member of the CS&L team?
Are you a supply chain professional with a passion for precision and a knack for navigating international logistics? In this high-impact position, you will be the primary driver for our export supply chain. You won’t just track orders; you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of international shipments, optimize inventory accuracy, and serve as a key collaborator across our Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to meet our collective business objectives.
What you will do
Inventory Management
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies. Procurement Support
• Preparing purchase orders, and tracking order fulfillment. Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling transportation, preparing shipping documentation, and tracking deliveries. Resolve any logistics-related issues promptly.
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance.
Supplier Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with service providers, addressing any concerns or issues and seeking opportunities for collaboration and cost optimization.
Process Improvement
• Continuously review and identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Participate in the implementation of new systems or procedures.
Compliance
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Communication
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including sales, marketing and finance, to ensure seamless operations and meet business objectives.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or Commerce, or Diploma in Logistics / Shipping / Import-Export Management or any relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in export logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Experience handling export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading and Understanding of Incoterms and international shipping procedures. Technical Skills
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
