Get Picked Up is a fast-growing, Australian-owned transport company providing reliable, pre-booked transport for NDIS participants, insurance clients, and corporate travel. We're expanding our Fiji team to support operations and ensure smooth service for both drivers and customers.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Driver Onboarding Agent to join our team in Fiji. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new drivers, ensuring all operational and documentation requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.

You’ll play a key part in achieving onboarding targets by guiding drivers through the process, providing ongoing support, and maintaining high service standards. This role suits someone who thrives under pressure, solves problems quickly, and is committed to delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new drivers, ensuring all documentation and system requirements are completed accurately
  • Follow up with drivers to support onboarding progress and help achieve team targets
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and driver information
  • Provide excellent support to drivers and ensure a high level of customer service
  • Resolve issues efficiently and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confident, professional phone manner
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage
  • Reliable, proactive, and committed to achieving results

What We Offer:

  • Pay: FJ$7.50/hour for 40 hours/week
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts (plus 1-hour unpaid lunch) between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 5 days/week (Monday–Sunday rotation)
  • Probation Period: First 3 months include performance monitoring (onboarding result, productivity, daily output, attendance) with daily feedback.
