Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Corporate Sales Executive to be based at Newman Pte Limited, Suva. Newman Pte Limited is a subsidiary of CJ Patel Group of Companies and is the largest electronic payments processor of prepaid mobile airtime top up services throughout Fiji. The key business focuses on sales and distribution of prepaid mobile airtime top up services, MPAiSA Services, eTransport Top-up Services including Corporate Services. The Corporate Services actively markets and signs Business Customers onto Vodafone Corporate Solutions. Major products include Mobile Voice, Data, Group Call services and Mobile Broadband.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for telecommunication products targeting corporate and business customers.
- Promote and sell voice and data products in line with business objectives and targets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new sales prospects.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships, including negotiating new contracts and managing existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify product and service improvement opportunities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service by maintaining and enforcing organizational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or account management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong business acumen with a good understanding of technology.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
