Location: Suva
KEY DUTIES:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff (hardware, software and network-related issues)
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems, printer and IT equipment's
- Troubleshoot system errors and resolve issues
- Assist with user account management and systems access
- Monitor and maintain network performance, backup and security
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation
- Support implementation of new IT systems and upgrades
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware. software and networking
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
