The role - HR Services Coordinator (Suva) - Client based role

The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective administrative support to managers and the Human Resources (HR) team, in coordinating employee lifecycle activities across Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Own

You won't just be pushing paper. In this role, you'll be:

✓     The first point of contact for HR queries — solving problems, escalating smartly, and keeping people informed every step of the way

✓     Managing the full employee lifecycle — from welcoming new starters to offboarding, payroll coordination, position management and everything in between

✓     The go-to expert for HRIS (SuccessFactors) — keeping data accurate, clean and reliable so the whole team can make great decisions

✓     A trusted partner to managers and employees alike — providing guidance, clear communication, and consistent service across the organisation

✓     A champion of continuous improvement — always looking for smarter, faster, better ways to do things

You’re Our Person If You Have...

1-2 years of experience in an HR role or related administrative role

Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software

General understanding of HR practices and procedures

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations

Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration basics highly desirable

Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
