You will need
- Previous experience as chef
- Professional certification
- Outstanding work ethic
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Ability to think on your feet and prioritise
- To provide and give direction & support to your team
- An understanding of menus, costings, wastage
- Have excellent knowledge of hygiene & kitchen cleanliness, food storage & stock control
