Key Responsibilities
Operate resort boats safely for surf trips and guest transfers.
Guide guests to local surf breaks with expert knowledge of ocean conditions.
Organize and lead diverse resort water activities.
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on outboard motors.
Ensure maximum guest safety and deliver exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications & Experience
MSAF Class 6 Licence (Strictly essential).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
