LOCATION: Suva

KEY DUTIES:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Manager the reception area and maintain a tidy and organised workspace
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support to departments when required
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing visitor records

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
