The Opportunity
The University of the South Pacific (USP) is seeking an Executive Officer to join the Planning and Quality Office, Laucala Campus. The Executive Officer position, which reports directly to the Director – Strategy, Planning and Business Intelligence ensures the smooth functioning of the Planning and Quality Office by providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. The incumbent will manage meeting schedules, office logistics and stakeholder communication, while supporting overall Planning & Quality workflows. The position ensures PQO alignment with University processes and timelines, facilitates the preparation of strategic documents and reports, and drives process improvements for effective and timely deliverables.

Remuneration
The position is available for a term of three (3) years and may be renewed by mutual agreement subject to successful performance outcomes.
Salary Range: FJ $52,546.71 to FJ $64,371.97 per annum.
