This position manages, oversees and coordinates the overall domestic services provided to His Excellency the President and the First Lady and ensures these services are provided at the highest possible standard that befits Fiji’s President and Head of State.
The position will achieve its purpose through the following key duties:
1. Directly liaises with the First Lady on the cleanliness and upkeep of the State House;
2. Prepares duty rosters and ensuring domestic staff work in accordance with relevant policies and regulations;
3. Supervises and monitor the daily performance of Domestic staff;
4. Organise and attends to the successful operation of State functions hosted by His Excellency the President and the First Lady;
5. Oversees the proper and professional storage and maintenance of all State House Furniture and Fixtures, kitchen utensils and catering utensils, laundry and associated equipment; and
6. Actively contribute to official and national functions of the Office of the President, including planning, budgeting and proper management of human resources as and when required.
