Spa Manager

Lomani Island Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our Day Spa and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a relaxed island setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations, cleanliness, and presentation.

• Lead, train, and roster spa staff.

• Develop spa treatments, packages, and retail offerings.

• Manage bookings, inventory, costs, and revenue performance.

• Ensure outstanding guest care, safety, and service standards.

• Liaise with resort management, suppliers, and maintenance.

About You:

• Proven experience in spa or wellness management.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Hands-on therapist skills across a range of treatments.

• Guest-focused with a passion for wellness and hospitality.
