The position is responsible for providing effective administrative and financial support services in accordance with the Civil Service policies and regulations in the achievement of the Eastern Division’s business plans
1. Maintain and upkeep registry and monitor movement of files.
2. Ensure Personnel records are filed accordingly, and information is kept confidential.
3. Assist with administrative activities of the division including vehicle and training.
4. Responsible for Government Wage Earners’ timesheet, submission of Late Arrival Return (LAR) and Monthly Absenteeism Returns (MAR) and ensure that the leave files are updated and maintained.
5. Manage Assets and act as a building superintendent, ensuring its cleanliness and professional outlook including cleanliness and general hygiene.
6. Assist with employee relations and employee management.
7. Actively contributes to all corporate requirements of the Ministry, including reporting, planning, budgeting, performance management and selection activities where required
