VACANCY: Accounts Clerk Intern

 Location: Navini Island Resort, Fiji

Position Type: Internship (Accounts / Finance)

Duration: 3–6 months (with potential for extension or employment based on performance)

 About Navini Island Resort

Navini Island Resort is a boutique island resort offering an authentic Fijian hospitality experience. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk Intern to support our finance team with daily accounting and administrative tasks.

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Help reconcile petty cash and daily sales reports
• File and maintain financial records (physical and digital)
• Procurement processes
• Support month-end accounting tasks as required
• Perform general administrative duties related to the accounts function

 Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed studies in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word; accounting software is an advantage)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
