Lead a high-performing squad to move the metrics that matter. You’ll coach to outcomes, manage to data, and balance cash + compliance + customer on every call.
Own team performance across cash collected, arrangements, PTP kept %, RPC rate, QA score, time on file.
Run daily huddles, 1:1s, side-by-sides, and call coaching with clear action plans and follow-through.
Optimise dialler/list strategy (penetration, callbacks, talk-offs, scripts A/B).
Partner with management to improve contact strategy and compliance adherence.
Maintain rigorous documentation and escalate risk in line with Australian regulations and SLAs.
Onboard and develop new collectors; build team capability and arrangement pipelines.
Proven collections leadership (Team Leader or Senior Collector acting up) on AU portfolios.
Track record lifting results (e.g., +PTP kept %, +cash, +QA) with before/after data.
Advanced coaching skills, sharp listening, crisp feedback.
Strong stakeholder management and written documentation.
Integrity, resilience, calm under pressure; champions customer-centred resolutions.
Ownership of a team within a 50-person operation serving respected Australian brands.
Data-driven culture with real-time dashboards, QA calibration, and coaching rhythms.
Purpose-built office in Nabua with strong local HR and operations support.
