The Opportunity (EOI)
We’re seeking proven collectors who convert conversations into commitments in fast, metrics-driven environments.
What You’ll Do

Manage inbound/outbound contacts to negotiate payment plans, settlements, and commitments.

Have meaningful conversations that produce outcomes; maintain accurate, complete notes.

Follow Australian regulations and client policies (Privacy Act, ACCC/ASIC guidance, hardship).

Meet and lift team KPIs: cash collected, PTP kept %, right-party contacts (RPC), QA.

Handle sensitive situations with empathy, dignity, and customer care.
What You’ll Bring

12+ months debt collection experience servicing Australian customers (must-have).

Proven results against KPIs (e.g., cash collected, PTP kept %, dispute resolution time).

Confident, professional phone manner and strong written English for email.

Resilience, urgency, and target focus while remaining compliant and respectful.
