 Your day-to-day

 To provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation services while ensuring company vehicles are well-maintained and used in accordance with organizational policies.

  • Safely transport, guests, documents, and goods as assigned.
  • Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to schedules.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, tyres, lights, brakes).
  • Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents immediately.
  • Ensure vehicle registrations, insurance, and licences are valid and up to date.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and fuel records.
  • Assist with basic errands, deliveries, and administrative support when required.
  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation.
  • Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
  • Deliver guest requests, messages, parcels, and amenities promptly.
  • Assist with transportation arrangements and valet services when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas.
  • Support the Front Office team during busy periods.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

 What we need from you

  • Valid and clean driver’s licence (appropriate class).
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ driving experience.
  • Good knowledge of local routes and road regulations.
  • Physically fit and able to work flexible hours if required.
  • Honest, reliable, and professional with good communication skills.
  • Defensive driving skills
  • Time management
  • Attention to safety and detail
  • Professional conduct and confidentiality
