Are you driven by a passion for great food and eager to advance your culinary journey? Plantation Island Resort is seeking a motivated Demi Chef to become part of our dynamic kitchen team.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to resort standards and recipes.
  •  Ensure your section runs smoothly during service.
  • Support the team in maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and take initiative in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role (resort or hotel experience an advantage).
  • Strong culinary skills and a good understanding of kitchen operations.
  • Confidence to work independently while supporting the team.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
