We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Manager Organizational Development & Learning to join our People & Culture leadership team. This senior role will lead organizational development, learning and capability, quality, and continuous improvement across the Group, working closely with the Group Director Talent, Culture & Training to translate strategy into practical and impactful outcomes that continues to grow our people and our business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Senior OD / L&D experience preferably in hospitality or multi-site environments.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training plans, capability, and leadership initiatives aligned to business and compliance needs.
  • Hands-on experience managing FNU training grant funding, including applications, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Strong capability in training governance, compliance, and record management.
  • Well organized, practical, and delivery focused
