Call Centre Agent – Customer Service

Vuvale Outsourcing Pte LTD in Suva is hiring Call Centre Agents with strong customer service experience preferably in the retail sector to support our Australian client.

 

We operate a professional, purpose-fitted work environment in Nabua, Suva, with local HR management and transport home for evening shifts. You’ll be part of our Fiji team and work closely with an Australian Retail and customer service function.

 

DETAILS

Location: Suva, Fiji
Basis: Permanent Full-time
Roster: Monday to Friday, occasional weekend shifts when required (hours aligned to Australian business hours)

 

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

This role supports the client’s growing online retail operations by assisting customers with order related enquiries, tracking deliveries, processing refunds and replacements, and resolving queries raised through the ticketing system.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and ticketing platform.
  • Assist customers with online orders, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Process refunds and arrange replacement for faulty or incorrect products.
  • Direct customers to the closest physical retail shop when required.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Provide support to both customers and internal stores teams.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs and performance targets.
  • Adhere strictly to Australian privacy, credit, and compliance requirements.
  • Carry out additional duties as identified by management.

 

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Minimum 12 months call centre experience supporting Australian customers.
  • Previous experience in retail or e-commerce support will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote Australian team.
  • Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Experience working under privacy and data protection guidelines.
