Plantation Island Resort is looking for a reliable and hardworking Stewards to support our culinary operations. As a Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency in our kitchens helping deliver the high-quality dining experience our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work areas.
• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures always.
• Support chefs with basic prep work and kitchen duties when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or stewarding role preferred.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
