Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for hospitality and maintenance operations? Plantation Island Resort, is seeking an Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•Supervise daily mechanical maintenance operations across the resort.
•Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and tradesmen.
•Implement preventative maintenance schedules and respond to urgent repairs.
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, logs, and safety checks.
•Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth resort operations.
•Ensure all mechanical systems meet health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

•A strong understanding of mechanical system, diagnostic tools and repair procedures relevant to the workshop specialty.
•Experience in operating and maintenance Reverse Osmosis system.
•Able to repair (LGV) and (HGV) vehicles.
•5 Years in a similar role will be a significant advantage for candidate applying for this position.
•Automotive Trade Certificate.
