The Opportunity
The University of the South Pacific (USP) is seeking applications for the role of Coordinator at the Student Administrative Services (SAS). Based at the Laucala Campus, this position is responsible for coordinating the Completions process ensuring graduation requirements are fully met in accordance with institutional regulations.
This is a critical position requiring strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining absolute accuracy in the validation of student records, ensuring programme compliance, and safeguarding the integrity of programme completions and graduation processes. The role requires diligence, consistency, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies so that no errors compromise the credibility of the University’s academic standards.
This position also provides essential programme audit and completions-related support to students and staff across all University campuses.

Remuneration
Salary Range: FJ $47,921.75 to FJ $56,678.10 per annum.
