Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to assist our Team of finance professionals. In this role, you will be assisting the financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving financial strategies to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site Finance Assistant role located in Suva. The Finance Officer will be responsible for assisting the Finance Team with company's financial operations, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and advising senior management on financial matters.
Qualifications
· New graduates are welcomed to apply.
· Previous experience in similar role will be an added advantage.
· Must have a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
· Proficiency with computers and working knowledge of MYOB (not necessary as training shall be provided)

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
· Minimum certificate, Diploma or Degree in business management or related discipline with at least 3 years of experience in civil & safety industrial field is highly desirable.
· Attending to day-to-day sales enquiries and providing the team leader with technical and contractual assistance.
· Customer service oriented & Comprehensive communication skills – both written and verbal.
· Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
· Ability to liase with external stakeholders to secure pricing for tenders.
· Knowledge and experience of tender submissions & ability to meet tender deadlines with minimal supervision.
· Will need to work closely with the MD and operations team to achieve company goals
