About Us:
Lami Kava Pte Limited is a leading producer and distributor of premium kava products, committed to quality, sustainability, and supporting local communities. We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Controller with strong accounting skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all inventory points.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Provide monthly inventory management report.
  • Manage purchasing activities and supplier coordination.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.
  • Assist with financial record-keeping, including stock valuation and cost analysis.
  • Support month-end and year-end inventory reporting for accounting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or a Graduate Accountant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in stock control and inventory management.
  • Strong background in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/inventory software.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • MYOB or Xero experience preferred.
