Do you see yourself as a Wedding Coordinator at InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa?

Your day to day

  • Act as the main point of contact for wedding couples from time of signing the contract to post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate all wedding details including timelines, venue setup, décor, menus, entertainment, and logistics
  • Conduct site inspections and planning meetings with couples
  • Develop and manage wedding event schedules
  • Coordinate external vendors such as florists, photographers, entertainers, celebrants, and transport providers
  • Ensure all suppliers meet venue standards and contractual requirements
  • Manage billing accuracy and final invoicing.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure cost control
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Deliver personalized and memorable experiences
  • Handle special requests and cultural or religious requirements
  • Address client feedback professionally and promptly
What we need from you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years total experience in a related field in a luxury hotel or a well-established hotel brand.
  • Proven experience in wedding or event coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid Group 2 driver’s licenses will be an added advantage.
