Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

KEY DUTIES:

  • Coordinate and support HR operations across all Carpenters Group of Companies.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and group HR databases. 
  • Support performance management, disciplinary processes and employee relations matters. 
  • Assist with induction programs, training coordination's and HR compliance activities. 
  • Ensure adherence to employment legislation, company policies and Group HR standards. 
  • Prepare HR reports, correspondence and data for management and audits. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in HR administration or coordination role. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse employee groups. 
  • Passport required for business travel.
