Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

KEY DUTIES:

  • Provide excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Clear tables and reset them quickly for the next customer. 
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining, service and back areas. 
  • Support daily operations and follow company standards at all times. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure. 
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
