Human Resources Officer We have an exciting role within Challenge Group for a Human Resources Officer to be based at our head office in Lautoka. Challenge Group is a successful business enterprise with business interests ranging from large property holdings and development, vehicle importing and trading of heavy machinery and equipment hire. Responsibilities Support the HR manager to deliver HR operational outcomes by managing all administration related to the employee life cycle Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions. Supports the administration of payroll through applicable systems. Ensure employee files contain required paperwork, are properly maintained, audited regularly and secured Represent and implement in company engagement programs Coordinates the administration of all training nominations, training completion and attendance, ensuring databases are fully up to date. Any other HR related matters where input is required. Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources role Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, employee development, recruitment, safety and employee relations Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices Ability to prioritize Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills – verbal and written Submission Please send your application together with a detailed curriculum vitae and references no later than Friday 21st October, 2019.
