People & Culture Coordinator

Do you love working with people and dream of living where the sun always shines and smiles are part of the job?. Plantation Island Resort is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to support our team and keep our workplace vibrant, positive, and well-organized.

Your Role:

  • Welcome and onboard new team members.
  • Keep employee records and HR systems up to date.
  • Organize staff events and recognition programs.
  • Support training, surveys, and internal communication.
  • Assist with HR reports and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Be a helpful and friendly contact for all HR-related matters.

 What you'll bring

  • 2+ years HR experience (preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced environment).
  • A passion for people, with great communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Fijian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Confidence using HR software, Microsoft Office, and bonus if you're creative (e.g. Canva).
  • Diploma in HR or relevant field.
