Food & Beverage Administrator

Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality? Plantation Island Resort is seeking a proactive and efficient Food & Beverage Administrator to support the smooth daily operations of our Food & Beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the F&B department, including data entry, record keeping, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist with stocktaking, ordering of supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Support the preparation and management of staff schedules and rosters.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure efficient communication and coordination within the department.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within the hospitality or Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
