Paradise Cove Resort, Octopus Resort, and Blue Lagoon Beach Resort are seeking an experienced and proactive Groups Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across our three resorts, ensuring a thriving workplace for our dedicated teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies for the resorts.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Handle employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Fiji’s labor laws.
- Deliver training programs for resort employees.
- Compile and submit payroll reports to accounts.
- Travel between resorts as needed.
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of HR experience
- 3 years or more in a managerial role.
- Hospitality or similar industry experience.
- Knowledge of Fiji’s labor laws.
- Experience with payroll reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR and payroll software.
- Comfortable with island-based work and occasional travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
