Group Human Resources Manager

Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Paradise Cove Resort, Octopus Resort, and Blue Lagoon Beach Resort are seeking an experienced and proactive Groups Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across our three resorts, ensuring a thriving workplace for our dedicated teams.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop HR strategies for the resorts.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
  • Handle employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Fiji’s labor laws.
  • Deliver training programs for resort employees.
  • Compile and submit payroll reports to accounts.
  • Travel between resorts as needed.

 Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of HR experience
  • 3 years or more in a managerial role.
  • Hospitality or similar industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Fiji’s labor laws.
  • Experience with payroll reporting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll software.
  • Comfortable with island-based work and occasional travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
