As a successful candidate, you report to the General Manager and Commercial Development Manager and will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, reporting, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all accounting transactions which include data entry and reconciliation on the Xero software and preformatted reporting templates.

  • Maintain creditors reconciliation with respective statements and liaise with creditors as required.

  • Ensure timely bank transactions and reconciliations. 

  • Coordinate administrative tasks including office management, procurement, and HR support.

  • Maintain effective filing systems (digital and manual).

  • Assist management with financial planning and decision-making.

  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree qualification in a related accounting, business or finance discipline

  • At least three years of experience in a similar role

  • Demonstrated intermediate software skills in Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Experience with Xero Accounting software is an advantage.

  • The salary package will be based on experience.
