CRUISE DIRECTOR – SOUTH SEA CATS

South Sea Cruises Group (SSCG) is Fiji’s most experienced and award-winning marine tourism operator offering a range of award-winning products and services throughout the stunning Mamanuca & Yasawa Islands. SSCG operates a modern fleet of fast catamarans, an overnight cruise ship, a modern sailing catamaran, an array of smaller vessels. SSCG also operates Fiji’s two most popular day trip islands.

Role Overview:

The Cruise Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest entertainment, activities,, engagement and guest experience onboard the vessel.  The Cruise Director is responsible for all aspects of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all guest interaction and onboard hosting from boarding, briefings, Activities onboard and in water, F&B service to disembarking our guests from SSCATS
• Deliver commentary, entertainment and lead the hospitality offerings onboard
• Ensure all guest activities are carried out following SSCATS SOP’s with Guest safety your number 1 priority.

Role Requirements:

• The successful applicant should be outgoing, responsible, organized, have excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with an eye for detail in ensuring the food & beverage andon-board entertainment consistently meets SSCG high standards
• Proficiency in water sports, water safety and snorkelling are desirable.
