We’re looking for a Houseman who shares our passion for hospitality and teamwork to help keep our housekeeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage housekeeping supplies by ordering, storing, and distributing items across all floors.
• Monitor inventory levels, check requisitions for accuracy, and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of goods received and issued, preparing monthly reports for the Executive Housekeeper.
• Oversee minibar stock, conduct daily inventory checks, and coordinate with team members for smooth operations.
• Keep storerooms and linen rooms clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist guests whenever needed and support housekeeping staff with their daily tasks.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow Hilton’s policies, safety standards, and code of conduct to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Who You Are:

• A High School graduate with 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or inventory management, preferably with an international hotel chain.
• Comfortable with basic English to communicate effectively.
• Knowledgeable about housekeeping operations, cleaning chemicals, and cost control.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting tasks.
• Holds a valid Driver’s License.
• A team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
