GUEST SERVICE AGENT (Front Office)
Role: Be the first point of contact for our guests. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Front Office or Reservations is preferred.
Proficiency in PMS (Opera) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
