GUEST SERVICE AGENT (Front Office)

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

GUEST SERVICE AGENT (Front Office)

Role: Be the first point of contact for our guests. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Front Office or Reservations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in PMS (Opera) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

  • Must have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid Police Clearance Certificate is required prior to employment.
