Key Responsibilities
Deliver a range of spa services including massages, body treatments, facials, waxing, braiding, and manicures/pedicures.
Assess guest needs and health conditions prior to treatments and adapt services accordingly.
Maintain hygiene and sanitization standards in treatment rooms, including linen changes between guests.
Monitor and manage spa consumable stock levels.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa products and recommend retail items to guests.
Ensure guest privacy, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.
Provide attentive, caring service and focus fully on guests during treatments.
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.
