We are currently seeking a highly skilled, forward-thinking, and dedicated Boat Captain to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate resort motorized boats safely and professionally at all times.
Conduct thorough safety briefings for all passengers before departure.
Ensure all safety equipment is onboard, including life-jackets and first aid kits.
Monitor weather and marine conditions and make informed decisions about trip safety.
Lodge trip plans with resort management and MSAF as required.
Monitor guests in and around the water, ensuring their safety at all times.
Maintain daily checks on boat fuel, cleanliness, and functionality.
Ensure adherence to all MSAF maritime regulations.
Assist with general beach and marine operations when required.
