About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Farm Manager to lead daily operations across our vegetable production, nursery, and general farm work. The Farm Manager will live on-site Monday through Friday, manage a 14-person team, and be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of all farm activities. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the Director of Operations and working closely with our owners and office team. The Farm Manager plays a central role in helping us expand.
